All leads need to be pre-paid in advance.  $20 = 1 job lead, $60 = 3 job leads, $200 = 10 job leads, etc.  It is up to you how much you want to purchase.

When should I expect my first job lead to come in after I sign up?  It all depends on several things.  If you have a large radius of miles and you do everything offered, you should get something very soon.  A lot of contractors have received several job leads in the first days to a week of signing up.  Location plays a big role.  We never guarantee any amount of leads in any situation because it is totally random when leads come in.  We also NEVER 'hold' leads or send 'aged' leads.  All leads that come through the system are ones that were just entered either by the customer or company rep.

Is this one of those services that only brings small jobs?  Absolutely not.  We advertise straight to the average homeowner so the jobs will be 100% random and mixed.  They could be $25,000 total renovation jobs with house painting down to a few rooms to be painted.  We have had jobs as large as total renovation of a 120 room hotel, renovations of 6 rental units, etc.  We have no way to know what jobs will come through.  We DO know that even the small jobs can just about always be turned into bigger jobs just from calling the customer back on time and actually showing up.  Homeowners appreciate that.  Also - every contractor is free to quote a 'minimum' price to come out on the small jobs as well.  EVEN if you were to break even you STILL have gained a customer that could keep calling you for their every repair for years with no other fee to us.....
